the person was saying that ,they are not responsible for hotel booking through OYO App, have to booked directly by the customer care number . Even I didn't get the refund also . This OYO app totally fraud app. Don't book hotels through this App..

. After reach given the address , I found that the hotel name has different okay rooms and stay . So when I asked about booked room with receptionist , was saying that has to pay extra money 1400 per day. So that was very ridiculous, then I approached to OYO customer care,,

It's a fake App. I would like to suggest people don't book the Hotel by this Fraud App. This App shows very cheap rates in different locations by wrong name of Hotels. I had booked two rooms for 950 per day at Hotel Falgship Grand Residency near kamatchi hospital .
