@TalkinTwins This is why I would be inclined to be sellers this year. Many in that lineup could be on the field at the start of next year to gain experience. Add more pieces by trading Ryan and Jeffers and they could be formidable with everyone on about the same timeline.

I’d be inclined to be a seller if it means a kings ransom. The core of the next 7 years isn’t in the majors yet and adding a couple of top 50 players who are close to major league ready to go along with that could expand that core. I’m not sold on this team being able to do much this year and the White Sox and Cleveland are building a solid pipeline to compete with going forward.

The collective SD “party” support for Thune on X post vote is not organic. It’s a deception tactic to convince voters in SD that Thune has unified party support which he doesn’t. Like Casey and Cornyn before him, where the party jumped in for support while the voters went a different direction, Thune’s future is sealed. He has learned nothing.

Scott will be back in SD and Thune will be voted out in 2028. Count on it.

As a shareholder I no longer get excited about these interviews. You are at war with the shorts on a scale none of us can fathom (dark pools + swaps) and most retail won’t get involved until that is fixed. To start that process you need to begin by watching videos of the last couple of interviews as if you were a shareholder and ask yourself “was that inspiring?” Did I tell them what we will be 3, 5 and 10 years from now or just talk about near term revenue opportunities? Both are important but the former is more so with tech companies (unless you can say we will turn profitable in the near term).

Finally, with respect to Rumble, if you want to compete with YouTube or TikTok you can’t just do what they do. That hasn’t worked. You have to create something unique that only Rumble does. Be an innovator. I find the user experience so painful that I watch the same content on X when I can. I have to force myself to watch some videos on Rumble with the hope it boosts user #’s.
