@AmericanAir I am very disappointed in my 1st experience w AA. My outbound flights were changed and were an inconvenience. Now my flight home was delayed, then rebooked as the connection would be missed. Now we need to fly home tomorrow.

@tacobell Where you can take away convenience by having too many ways to order. Store is a mess of in person, kiosk, GrubHub and mobile orders. Staff looks confused and overwhelmed. Orders coming out at a glacial pace. Nicely done...
