@WhistleblowingT I am sure it is 3 hours per year unless you are an ECT or on performance management? I have recently asked to be observed more to help my own development but just when I am trying new tasks or strategies, but that’s my ask and I’m an ECT2. This sounds not needed and unrealistic

@ktlou1201 Not to try and be you and set expectations that you have in the same way. It is now their classroom and their class. Children will see through it if you are being someone else.

@ijsenger The key thing is to set those expectations high from the get go and to not forget the expectations that you set. That is what the students will remember most! Good luck- you’ll be great.
