The school year is flying by and we are in the 4th quarter of the school year. Media has been busy with special presentations from media and other content areas.
...and we are learning all the time! Mrs. Taylor's Class, Room 112 read aloud and discussed The Outsiders by SE Hinton, and Frost's poem, "Nothing Can Stay Gold". They even memorized it and recited it. They did pictoral representations to share.
Things will begin moving quickly now that we will enter the holiday season. Our food drive is in full swing - thanks Mrs. Cabana and our leadership class. We try to help our own at PGMS.
WOW! It was October and now November - We had Spirit Week, Halloween, Presentations, and more for staff and students. We just finished up Book Fair - thanks for all the support from parent volunteers to those who gave students money to spend and support our library program.
...and just like that it is a day away from October, 2021. Life has been fast and furious at PGMS! Despite the ups and downs of covid we move forward; however a few speed bumps were along the way.
Although we are gearing up for the "testing season", lots of great learning is going on at PGMS. Civics "Bill of Rights" projects, classification projects in science, our math students digging in and learning - especially our algebra classes. Let's not forget ELA - poetry & more!
