@TimurHusein No thank you! We have it in London, but to go to Germany, Austria or Switzerland is an absolute delight. It feels like the authorities are treating passengers like grown adults not airport victims.
Oh, @SW_Help what have you done to the Waterloo - Reading service? Sure, Vauxhall is handy at times, but it's another stop on a service that is now slower than ever. Mark my words, you'll be adding Whitton next...
@swtrains_watch
@swtrains_watch@wandererphotos@SW_Help The big argument was less peak time commuters because of Covid, but it's been the off peak service that has been most savagely cut. The loss of the Hounslow rounders is the other big gap.
@swtrains_watch@wandererphotos@SW_Help It's not a growth strategy. I remember the proposed 4 Windsor/4 Reading off peak service proposed by SWR pre-Covid. Understandably events happened, but now it should be on the table again.
@swtrains_watch@ArterioUpdates@SW_Help The units feel like a downgrade on Windsor/Reading services. Simple tweaks like a bit of carpet, twice as many loos, better seat spacing and seatback tables would make all the difference.
@AndyBTravels@ThisIsAshley_G@SouthernRailUK What makes it even harder is that identical trains are used on services where first is declassified. If you know, you know, but it is not easy to work out which is 'Metro' and 'Mainline'.
@SouthernRailUK Please can you stop the 10.18 Clapham Junction to Dorking at Boxhill & Westhumble, as our planned SWR service is cancelled and our group of 30 don't want to miss more of our nice day out.
@RAIL This is a great magazine, but with WHSmith closed, and literally no newsagents in whe whole of Clapham Junction, buying a single paper copy of it remains a dream.
@SW_Help How come I can no longer opt to 'load a ticket to a smartcard' on your app? I was able to a couple of weeks ago and very convenient it was. Travelling Staines - Windsor.
