As soon as Republicans gain power they introduce legislation that brings Jim Crow back at federal scale, a literacy test so obviously unconstitutional that they are trying to specifically amend the Voting Rights Act to try to make it legal.

That bill also creates huge hurdles for rural people and active military personnel abroad. They are also banning the only medical procedure that can save a mother's life in a pregnancy emergency, with no exception whatsoever. The lives of mothers should never be compromised!

Scott Walker just vetoed the FAH Act, which would ban gerrymandering, for the second time. He said the AGIC, which the courts decided has no real power, is good enough.
