Understanding the Grow Cycle 🌱

My take on how Grow Exchange fits together.

I started looking into Grow Exchange because the whole $GROW → $BUD → $STRAIN setup caught my attention.

At first, three tokens sounded a little complicated…….

The part most people skip is the burn.

$GROW is capped at 1 billion, then the mint shuts. Only 300 million of that is scheduled as staking rewards, across four seasons: 105, then 90, then 60, then 45. Whatever does not release is burned.

$BUD is the opposite. No supply until someone harvests. A 10–15% tax on that harvest is burned or sent to treasury. Pairing the strain NFTs spends more of it, and part of that spend burns too.

So the cycle is not “stake and print.” Unbroken stake ramps $GROW. Harvest mints $BUD. Pairing spends it. $STRAIN comes last, for the pairs and the long holds.
