After my fast this was what the Lord told me. Read carefully.

Jesus did not only teach us how to receive glory, power, grace, riches and suffering; He taught us how to carry them without becoming corrupted by them.

The kingdom of God operates by a wisdom that is opposite to the wisdom of this world. In the world, greatness is proven by domination, visibility, possession and superiority. But in Christ, greatness is proven by humility, service, obedience, love and surrender.

That is why Jesus could carry the fullness of glory and still wash feet. He could possess all authority and still submit to the Father. He could be rich in divine inheritance and yet make Himself of no reputation. He could be wronged and still forgive. He could suffer and still rejoice in the will of God.

This is the reverse mindset of the kingdom.

The world says, “When you are great, make men serve you.”
Jesus says, “When you are great, serve men.”

The world says, “When you have enemies, destroy them.”
Jesus says, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”

The world says, “When you are rich, glory in your abundance.”
Jesus says, “Do not let riches deceive your heart.”

The world says, “When you suffer, you are forgotten.”
Jesus says, “Blessed are you when men persecute you for My sake.”

This is why riches, power, influence and glory are dangerous when they enter an uncrucified heart. They are not evil in themselves, but they reveal what is already within a man. What God gives as a tool for service can become an idol of self-exaltation if the heart is not governed by humility.

Even Jesus received glory from the Father, not to consume it upon Himself, but to bring many sons into glory. He received power to heal, deliver, save, restore and reveal the Father. He received authority, yet used it as a servant, not as a tyrant.

So also, whatever God gives a man must be received for the brethren.

If God gives you wealth, it is not only for status; it is for stewardship.
If He gives you influence, it is not for pride; it is for representation.
If He gives you power, it is not for oppression; it is for service.
If He gives you grace, it is not for boasting; it is for obedience.
If He allows suffering, it is not for shame; it is for refining.

This is the mystery of the first and the last.

A man can appear first before men and yet be last before God, because he turned divine lifting into self-glory. Another can appear last before men and yet be first before God, because he served faithfully in hiddenness, humility and love.

The kingdom does not measure greatness by height, but by depth. Not by possession, but by surrender. Not by how many serve you, but by how much of Christ is formed in you.

So the true test is not whether a man has glory, riches, grace or power. The true test is whether he can carry them with the mind of Christ.

For in the kingdom, the crown is safest on the head of the man who still knows how to bow.

REVEALING JESUS: HOW KINGDOM FINANCES WORK

Our world is economically driven and as a Believer, you will need a certain level of abundant financial resources to enjoy an honourable life, fulfil your dreams, goals and visions and to advance God’s program here on earth. The starting point for every financial journey is to have a certain body of knowledge and orientation as far as finances are concerned. These include:

1. It is the will of God for you to do well financially. Lack and poverty do not bless in any way; rather, they create unnecessary havoc and loss. God is glorified when we are financially emancipated.

2. Prospering financially is one of the blessings that come with loving and serving Jesus. While this is not the basis for seeking and loving Him, there are benefits that come with loving and serving Jesus.

3. You can have abundant financial resources without knowing and loving God, but the peace and fulfilment connected to it will never be yours without a relationship with Jesus Christ.

4. Wealth and abundance in the kingdom are not a function of luck or sentiment, but a function of laws, principles, human factors, and divine empowerment.

5. God does not decide who becomes wealthy or who remains poor. He sets before every Believer a level playing ground with His word and makes the system of advantage available to all who know how to engage it. Ultimately, it is up to you to use the power of your knowledge, decisions and actions to determine your portion.

6. Kingdom wealth is not just about becoming a millionaire or billionaire. It is about having financial resources that can meet your needs, help you fulfil your assignment and be a blessing to your world, making a difference for Jesus Christ.

PASTOR, YOUR CALLING IS NOT A CAREER (PART EIGHT) ...

There was a day you said “Yes, Lord.”
And the LORD recorded it.
It was not a job offer.
It was a call to die.

You said, “Here I am, send me.”
And the LORD took you seriously.

But now…

You are negotiating that call like a business contract.
You weigh invitations like a paid consultant.
You review honorariums before you Accept Invitations.
You demand deposits before you prepare.

The sacred is no longer sacred to you.
You are still using His name,
But now with terms and conditions.

Oh, what has happened to you?

Ministry was never meant to become a career path.
But you have become a professional preacher.
You now invoice the burden.
You now monetize your prayer life.
You now move like an employee of the anointing.

“Freely you have received; freely give.” (Matthew 10:8)

But you now charge for what was given to you in the place of Trust.
You now sell what came by mercy.
You now package what came by sacrifice.

And the altars you once wept on…
Have become stages you now negotiate.

You say, “Full-time ministry,”
But your posture is not of a Levite it is of a merchant.
You are selling The Grace GOD Gave You.

Have you not read?

“My house shall be called a house of prayer… but you have made it a den of thieves.” (Matthew 21:13)

You may not steal money,
But you have stolen the priesthood.

You have taken what is holy,
And turned it into livelihood.

You’ve taken the calling…
And made it your convenience.

You say, “I’m just honoring my worth.”
But priesthood was never about your worth.
It was about your Scars.
It was about your altar.
It was about you surrender.

And now that you’ve stopped bleeding,
You’ve started bargaining.

Oh Pastor, be careful.

When the call becomes your hustle,
When the ministry becomes your market,
When the altar becomes your invoice table…

Judgment is already close.
Because God is not your client.
He is your King.
And He does not share His glory with hirelings.

PASTOR, BE CAREFUL.
The LORD will ask what you did with the calling
Not how many meetings you were paid for.
Not how many flyers carried your face.
Not how many invitations you declined due to “budget.”

Return.
