A lot of people struggle with reading and understanding so they simply just cram to pass.
I have a friend who used this technique in school and it worked for him.
Come and learn o so you can teach your kids. They do not have to struggle like you did.
Tried booking a flight on @flyunitedng website and ended up redesigning a few screens of their site.
A smoother, cleaner, and human centered experience - because the travelling experience starts from booking process. #UIDesign#UXDesign#redesign#unitednigeriaairlines
Fast forward a couple of days after, and boom — REBLZ, a concept esports platform where players can find tournaments, build teams, and compete.
Not bad for a “waste of time,” huh? ⚡

They say doomscrolling is bad, but honestly… it gave me this. Two random hex codes , #FF5F6d and #000428, popped up on my feed, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how they’d look in a gaming interface.
Designed a new dashboard for RoundSync — a system that helps hospitals manage patients, staff tasks, and daily operations in one clean interface. #UIDesign#UIUXDesign

Hiring designers is simple for me.
I check three things:
Taste, growth, dependability.
Taste comes from your portfolio. Growth comes from your story. Dependability comes from how you handle communication. Get these three right & people will fight to hire you.
Deep down, I genuinely want to work in a company like actually be part of a team.
I want the full experience… showing up to work, learning from people, getting corrected, laughing with teammates, building things together, and growing through real challenges.
I want to experience the process… the projects, the deadlines, the lessons, the small wins, the big wins, the company events, everything.
I want to grow in my career, and growth is something I take very seriously. When I’m not growing, I feel frustrated😩
I’m intentional about it in every area of my life: spiritually, financially, academically, and especially career-wise.
I know I have a lot to offer, and I want to give that value to a company that sees me, believes in my potential, and gives me room to evolve. I want a place where I can contribute, learn, and become better every single day.
I just want to grow and I want to grow in the right environment!

Designers, if you want more leads, do this:
Add context to your designs,
What it means:
1. show off recent work
- explain what you've delivered
- write what the client said
- show 'why' behind the designs
2. tell a story how you signed a recent client
- I got a new client who came to me through
- I signed a new client, he wants...
- Just jumped off a sales call, closed another client. We talked...
3. write educational content that solves ICP problems
- how I design onboarding
- 3 rules I follow when designing apps that get 4.5 star reviews
- Here's how I design hero sections that convert
I want you to understand without context your designs DROWN in the noise.
4. Teach other designers
- write what's your design process
- explain why you have 4 go-to fonts
- share a tutorial on how to create XYZ
"But Marcel is posting just designs, and it works for him."
Yes, it does work FOR him because he's huge in the space.
But you, you need context for leads.
