I simply do not think it’s too much to ask that every Philadelphian have a safe place to use the bathroom!!!!!! I hate cleaning up human waste on the streets of my neighborhood, but hate the conditions that cause the need to poop in public spaces SO MUCH MORE!!!!!

@aDCUfaninPhilly @DPearsonPHL We were told that @PhillyH2O is actually responsible for maintaining these 4 fountains in Fairmount Park. They may only be turned on seasonally, but were off for some period during COVID. @PhilaParkandRec would likely know about the others.
