Another Turn the Key groundbreaking in the books! Yesterday, we broke ground on another affordable #TurnTheKey homeownership development in North Philly.

Alongside our Philadelphia workforce housing experts, @CivettaProperty, we're building generational wealth, block by block!

The exhibit, Look Up: A.M. Calder & the Faces of City Hall, is open now at City Archives!

Join us to celebrate the opening of our photo exhibit at the Field Teen Center!

Join us for music, food, and fun and view a gallery and digital display of over 100 entries from teens all across Philly.

The presentation of winning photos by age group will take place at 5:30pm.

Out of the 250 sculptures on City Hall, 8 of them are #cats! Archivist Rebekah is back to talk about the cat sculptures (based on real cats!) you can only find at City Hall.

Market East matters to Philadelphia.

When I look around and see the streetscape improvements, the 42 new trees planted, more than 8,800 feet of formerly vacant storefronts now activated from Meantime PHL with the creativity of local entrepreneurs, and nine new murals designed by local artists — this is what revival looks like.

We officially cut the ribbon, and reopened the new and improved @philaparking Transportation Center at 1001 Filbert Street!

Our revamped intercity bus terminal will include:

🚍 11 coach bus bays,
♿️ Full ADA accessibility
💡 Upgraded interiors and improved lighting
🌳 Landscaping, seating, restrooms
🏪 24/7 operations

No more chaos on curbs. No more asking riders to figure it out alone. This is about showing every visitor and every Philadelphian that we care about how you arrive, how you leave, and everything in between.

The HTF has produced and preserved over 9,000 affordable housing units across all funding sources, supported over 11,000 jobs, and provided necessary funding to the City's critical housing programs.
