Bollin Valley Ranger Umar & Ranger Ed were recently coppicing on the Lymm Railway Line. Hazel coppicing is used to manage woodlands sustainably, allowing hazel trees to regenerate & produce multiple stems from a single stump. This management also promotes biodiversity.
20 years ago, a storm of historic fury hit the Mississippi Coast, and at the heart of the storm stood the Armed Forces Veterans Home in Gulfport, along with meteorologist @JimCantore.

A brilliant day spent with our HoDs and LPs of geography—reviewing and evolving our new Year 7 curriculum, and getting stuck into planning for the new Year 8 curriculum launching this September.
