💜Girls need male role models, too - men who are strong, grounded, respectful, and who LEAD with dignity and righteousness.

Skipping meals, barely drinking 40 oz of H20, going to bed after midnight consecutive days in a row and then using a pre-workout for "energy" as a student-athlete is the equivalent of breaking your leg🩼 but getting a 🤕cast on your arm.🤷♀️
GO TO BED. HYDRATE. EAT. It's simple.

Five attitudes that help you succeed as an athlete and a person:
1. I can improve if I work hard.
2. I need help from others.
3. I have a purpose in life.
4. I am more than an athlete.
5. I am a part of something greater than myself.
Dear Athletes,
The time will come when fall will ask what you did all summer … and it will never lie. It will be obvious who committed and who coasted. Who challenged themselves and who cheated themselves. Who raised their level and who risked their role.
Sincerely,
The Truth
Best of of luck to the Pembroke girls competing at the Meet of Champions today at Fitchburg State.

Pembroke HS Class of 2023
Congratulations to all of these student-athletes who are continuing their athletic careers into college. Through hard work and commitment these student-athletes have defined what it means to be a Titan!
Our success last year was largely due to taking care of ourselves and avoiding injury. This is the first, and most important, step to ensuring that again! Let's get signed up!
When under pressure, athletes often revert back to their old habits. This is why it's important to train new skills and techniques until they're fully ingrained into your muscle memory.
Nashoba, in green, had just scored an upset win in overtime to win the State Championship over Scituate, 2-1, last night. Class act for the Nashoba player to console a prone and apoplectic Scituate goalie. Love this!!
Great teammates bring out the best in each other. They support, encourage, and motivate each other after each play. And when necessary, they criticize and correct each other to make improvements.
