Today, I choose progress over perfection.
As this Thursday unfolds, I declare that I will not let yesterday’s mistakes, disappointments, or missed opportunities define the rest of my week. Every new day offers a chance to reset, refocus, and move forward with purpose.
I declare I will be intentional with my time, mindful in my conversations, and present in the moments that matter. I will celebrate small wins, appreciate those around me, and acknowledge how far I have come.
Today, I choose kindness toward others and myself. Growth is a journey, and every step forward counts as progress. I release unnecessary pressure and embrace grace to learn, improve, and keep moving.
This Thursday, I choose gratitude for life, opportunities, lessons, and supportive people. Gratitude shifts my focus to what is working and reminds me that every day holds hope.
Today, I refuse comparison. As this day continues, I declare confidence over fear, faith over doubt, and action over hesitation. Consistent effort will produce results.
May this Thursday bring clarity, strength, peace, and joy.
Today is another opportunity to grow, connect, inspire, and make a positive difference.
What is one thing you are choosing to focus on and accomplish before this week ends?
To our heroes past.
Our fathers fought for our freedom.
To the children that got starved so that we would have our freedom.
To the breastfeeding mothers that breastfed their children on an empty stomach.
To our young men/ladies that fought and made sure our freedom was secured.
You all are our fallen heroes.
And today we remember you all.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come;thy will be done;on earth as it is in heaven.Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.And lead us not into temptation;but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever.Amen.

What a powerful verse. When Job hit rock bottom and felt like nothing would ever get better, God promised in Job 8:21, “I will fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.” That same promise is for you.
Joy is on the way. Breakthroughs, healing, and new opportunities are coming. God is about to do something so incredible and unexpected that you’ll overflow with gratitude and laughter. The heavy days won’t last; your sorrow will turn to joy, and your mourning into dancing.
The most terrifying detail about Noah's Ark isn't the size of the flood. It is the design of the boat. If you look closely at the blueprints God gave Noah in Genesis 6, He was extremely specific. He gave the exact length, width, and height. He specified the type of wood and the pitch to seal it. But God left out one crucial component: no steering wheel, no sail, and no engine.
Think about how scary that is. Noah built a massive vessel to survive a global storm, but he had zero control over it or where it went. He couldn't steer away from rocks, turn into the waves, or aim for dry land. He was completely at the mercy of the water. The Ark was designed for floating, not navigation. Noah's job was to be the passenger, not the captain. God was the Captain.
This is your life right now. You are trying to put a steering wheel on a situation that God wants you to simply float on and allow Him to lead and take control.
This blessed me. I hope it blesses you too. 🙏🏾
