young girl that was on the Carnival cruise and was allegedly killed by her stepbrother.

And because of this being in international waters, a lot of people are questioning how are they going to handle the case. He is a juvenile.

There's been already some problems with that. He was not put in any type of facility initially. Then they did get
him with a have him, excuse me, with a relative for a short time and then they finally did put him into a juvenile facility. So, there's been some issues seconds
with this case already. But to kind of clarify things, I went back and did a little bit of checking on how maritimee jurisdiction could possibly affect the impact of Anna Keaptainner's case along with some newly scheduled court dates.
