The freedom we enjoy in this country would not be possible without the dedication, bravery and selflessness of those who protect it. We honor and thank all those who have served.
Our 2023 Restoring Lives Luncheon is two weeks from right now. If you have not yet secured your ticket, table or sponsorship, there are a very few still available on our website at https://t.co/HYvGaHUhRE.

Last night in our Women’s Dorm Kelley (on the right) celebrated 1 year of sobriety. Her best friend Stephanie got her the cake and the coin. Way to go Kelley!
For many years Brian was estranged from his family. We're extremely happy to share that last month he moved back to Phoenix, is living in an Oxford house and has reconnected with his family members.
Our programs work. People do change. Life can get better.
Way to go Brian.
First, welcome to Pay It Forward BUNNY! Bunny is our new Hope Program dorm superstar. And there's not better way to break her in than at the Community Drum Circle in @. There are few things more satisfying than creating rhythm with fifty or sixty of your closest recovery friends.
It's been a very busy week for us. We enjoyed a meal at the annual Rise Recovery breakfast. We stopped by TPR. And we got the pleasure of sharing in the celebration as yet another one of our PIF alumni continued their inspiring recovery journey.
Happy 20th anniversary to The Nonprofit Council. We are proud to be a member of this unique organization that does so much to support, connect and strengthen our local nonprofit community. Congratulations!

This is Brian (sporting the limited edition PIF shirt). He moved out of our sober living program a couple of months ago and just purchased his first vehicle. You can see from his smile how happy and proud he is, and rightfully so. Congratulations Brian!

Nicole Hurlbert, a current PIF resident, graduated Felony Drug Court today along with James Robinson, a past PIF resident.
Our awesome CEO Ben Brooks also received an award from felony drug court.
Congratulations to all of these exceptional folks as they #recoverforward.
This is Laura. She is a graduate of PIF.
She stays connected by coming to our PIF events, @Street2Feet events, and she comes to help with our Wednesday night Women's Meeting almost every week.
She celebrated her second year of recovery on 4/24. We’re proud of you Laura!
We love it when folks who have successfully completed our programs come back to say hi and let us know how well they’re doing. It’s a great reminder that we do make a difference in people’s lives!

Melissa is our resident professional listener (counselor) and works primarily with the ladies in our Hope program, helping them along in their recovery journey. Today is her birthday. Thank you for everything you do Melissa!
This is Luella, who has successfully completed our program. She will be moving into sober living from here. We will miss you Luella but can’t wait for you to start your new life. #recoveringforward
PIF partners with Lifetime Recovery and Bexar County to offer our Hope Program to women as a therapeutic alternative to incarceration. Today we celebrate as two of these ladies graduate with a new outlook on life and so many new possibilities. Congratulations. You deserve it.
Our very own Cherie (middle) sharing her passion and expertise on a panel at @RiseRecovery to talk about the current systemic failure of how we as a society have dealt with addiction.
