I met with Donald Trump soon after he was elected in 2016 to discuss foreign policy and was excoriated by my fellow dems for doing so because they said we shouldn’t be “humanizing” him. For almost a decade, my former party (Dems) and MSM have been trying to dehumanize and demonize President Trump. They have successfully convinced millions of Americans that Trump is another Hitler who must be stopped. So we shouldn’t be surprised that their supporters take that so seriously that they believe it is their moral duty to take him out.

Yes there is, Tim. It is called the U.S. Constitution. That is exactly what prevents the government from stifling dissent by labeling something “hate speech” or “misinformation.”

Yes, I understand, some forms of speech are repugnant, such as expressions of racial bigotry. Problem is, the category of hate speech expands to include everything the censors “hate.” As for misinformation, who decides what is true and what is false? The government? In authoritarian countries, yes, the government. That is why freedom of speech lies at the very heart of democracy.

Obama/Clinton started #RussiaGate and the new “Red Scare” 2016.

Trump was falsely accused of colluding with Russia to win the 2016 election and this media and legal persecution was 2016-2020

Biden allowed Ukraine to join NATO further provoking Russia.

Look, they (the establishment, deep state, military industrial complex) have a DECADE of intelligence, political, military, media and propaganda campaigns invested in the escalating tensions between US/Ukraine and Russia.

Trump will end the war, he said so in the debate. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton just called Trump a danger to the whole world, right after the second assassination attempt on his life.

They want him gone; defeated in the election, impeached, jailed, or assassinated, they don’t care how he gets gone.

This isn’t about “saving” democracy - they don’t care about democracy within their party, they don’t care about democracy in Ukraine, Honduras or anywhere else when democracy threatens their political and military aims.

This is an important election - try to see the big picture.
