was just looking at a crime statistics map showing that wv has a lower homicide per capita rate than every surrounding state and it didn't make sense until i looked at the number of missing people per capita and it is higher than every surrounding state

lot of 3 card dealers will tell you to call on any queen or better, don't. the casino has enough edge even if you play right. getting the extremely marginal calls correct is a big deal long term
