@UPSHelp_UK Avoid this co. Supposed to have del 28/5, then said 29/5. Told by cust service 29/5 would be today. Tracking says arrived & destination scan 4.30am. Just spoke to Croydon depot & they said it hasn't arrived. the trailer is late. Messaged help & no reply!

@UPS_UK Useless service, absolutely terrible. Delivery keeps moving, CS on phone lying to me. Parcel due 28/5 by 9pm & took day off, never arrive, same 29/5 so asked speak manager, told they'd call within 2 hours & nothing! Bunch of charlatans
