@NBATV@chrisbosh I think they need to let Castle guard around Brunson for the first 3, then play him the whole 4th. Castle making it so tough for SGA is what wore down OKC.
@AdamsBoxingShow@OutwestLock@RudeChildV you really can't even compare anymore. I'm a big fan of Shakur, Crawford, a lot of these top guys. But you can't tell me they're "better" than someone who won more (while rated p4p) championship fights than some of these guys won total rounds.
@AdamsBoxingShow@OutwestLock@RudeChildV Ray Leonard fought 7x in 3 yrs. Including against Benetiez, Duran (2x) and Tommy Hearns. I'm a big Shakur fan, but unless fans just agree that they can't compare newer boxers to anyone prior to like 2015, stop it with this nonsense. James Toney was #1p4p and fought 18x in 3yrs
@PuffingtonLane@DeanO_Lytics I'm a Cs fan, so I can't ever really root for the Knicks....but OG and 3-4 other guys on that roster are just better than I thought they were. It's really a deep team of a guys who can win a quarter in a big game. Forget '1A-B' guys, those are the toughest teams to beat.
@Bitcoin_Teddy The 2nd conversation happens regardless of the results of the first. So unless you love the way Govt spends money, you're getting as far as when you kick a table after you stubbed your to on it.
@PuffingtonLane@DeanO_Lytics its getting to the point where if the Knicks win, somehow Wemby made sure it happened so the Spurs would be even better next year.
@NobHillResearch@TheHoopHerald the rules are what the refs call. if the comp committee decided they wanted to cut down on all the steps, these NBA twitter maniacs could comb through old clips and paragraphs all day, the refs blow the whistle on a extra steps for 2 weeks and it goes away.
@TheDunkCentral you simply cannot fight the NBA "overhype" machine once it begins really humming....Castle was the reason they beat OKC, he shut down their best player, if they win, its going to be because of how he plays Brunson. Wemby is great, but he's impacting the game in short spurts
@ScottNations you could have said the same 20 yrs ago. LeBron, Brady, Crosby. there is something to sports marketing.....always have to make the audience believe they are seeing something completely astounding and "never before seen."
@jasonfurman using a tool to solve problems, is still people solving problems. You can use a hammer for a number of projects/problems, it doesn't mean we didn't create the solution with a hammer.
@TheDunkCentral to be fair, the NBA hasn't had a ton of parity at the final 4 level until pretty recently. From like 1980-1999, if you weren't on the LA, Bos or Chi, you weren't winning a title; you couldn't even really play for one unless you were there or Port, Hou or Det. 50% of modern NBA
@AdamsBoxingShow the worst part is there's now no way he's getting in more than 1 this year. Even if they announce today, it's Sept. I know these guys all saw AB all over the internet the past few days, he has other 'issues' but it should be pretty scary to see how quick the $$ can go.
@Chicago_History playoff full TO are 3:30 mins, each team has the equivalent of over a quarter of TOs....I'd prefer more basketball, and just cut out so much of the downtime. I know its about $$, so reducing the length of official play means nothing if they just fill the 3hrs
@NoahGarfinkel what, did you think it was just playing off success of the New Kids on the Block song for the last 30 years!?! Because I didn't. Like, at all.
