@nicksortor Arresting someone for documenting current events is an attempt to hide such events from the national public view and allowing the people to decide for themselves what is actually happening. Silencing through force is wrong and against our nation's constitution.

[PJMH @PJMH6]

@AdamParkhomenko I wish someone would put these up on the video screens in NYC for all to see!!!!

[PJMH @PJMH6]

@AmiriKing And watch everyone else watch it happen! Guilty by association and all for a social media moment. Appalling!

@saras76 Freedom of speech, though not always delivered appropriately should not ever equate violence as displayed here. I seriously doubt he nor his faith would have approved of these violent actions.

@crikistaan @LeadingReport Do you realize who is paying those incentives?

[FromTheTeacher’sDesk @FromTeachrsDesk]

When it comes to illegal immigration, we need reform. People who come here are often seeking a better life. Many work extremely hard and positively contribute to society. We need better processes to screen immigrants to ensure that they have a clean background. On the topic of crime overall, we do need to crackdown. Especially in the inner cities, we need to address and tackle crime. With that said, the rich and powerful should be held to the same level of accountability as average Americans. The Epstein files need to be released.

Dipped my toes into opinion with this letter to the editor about the importance of #StudentPressFreedom

@TXAlliance4Life Without a choice, you're still pushing an agenda - to have women's right to choose taken away.

[PJMH @PJMH6]

@TXAlliance4Life Apparently, these women don't understand that with the OPTION TO CHOOSE, they wouldn't be forced either way. It would be their choice to have or not have an abortion or a birth.

Focusing on the "elites" leaves out so many perspectives and rather than sharing a call to action for the public, it makes journalism seem that much more inaccessible in the future.

[Victoria Hernandez @byvichernandez]

Although this is a well sourced piece that covers a lot of opinions on the media, the people interviewed are the people who can remain comfortable.

[Victoria Hernandez @byvichernandez]

“I think you’d have to be crazy to begin a career in journalism right now.” — A media executive who knew better than to say it on the record

How do you expect the industry to survive, to combat misinformation and truly inform the public, if people don't?

[Victoria Hernandez @byvichernandez]

This is massive blanket statement. I guarantee you have not even touched the surface of reading the work these entry-level journalists are doing. And some of the most talented probably can't afford to even enter the industry.

[Victoria Hernandez @byvichernandez]

I'll stick to the two comments that stuck out to me the most: "Entry-level journalists “are not nearly as talented as the people ten and 15 and 20 years ago,” insists one newspaper vet. There are lots of reasons that may be the case."

Historic Photo, 1935

Last photo of Hachiko, the faithful dog who waited for over 9 years outside Shibuya Station for his master to return even after he perished.

Hachiko became famous for waiting patiently for his owner, Professor Hidesaburo Ueno, outside Shibuya Train Station in Tokyo, every day, even after Ueno's death in 1925. For nearly a decade, Hachiko returned to the same spot day after day, waiting for his beloved master to return.

He became a symbol of unwavering loyalty and unconditional love ...

This final photograph captures the serenity and dignity of a dog who never gave up hope, even in the final moments of his life ...
