علاجُ الصدمة وتأهيل الجيل الجديد: «مراسلون بلا حدود» وشركاؤها يراهنون على مَن بقي من صحفيي غزة

بعد مقتل مئات الصحفيين الفلسطينيين في الحرب، تواصل المنظمة وشركاؤها العمل على الأرض ببرنامجين: دعم نفسي واجتماعي يعالج صدمات مَن بقي، وزمالة «نبض غزة» لتأهيل جيل جديد من الصحفيين الشباب — فيما يظل القطاع مغلقاً أمام الصحافة الدولية.

أعلنت منظمة «مراسلون بلا حدود» @RSF_inter استمرار عملها الميداني لدعم الصحافة المستقلة في غزة بعد عامين من الحرب، عبر مسارين متوازيين: مشروع للصحة النفسية قدّم دعماً متخصصاً لـ40 صحفياً بالشراكة مع «مركز تنمية المجتمع والإعلام»، وزمالة «نبض غزة» التي انطلقت في يونيو 2026 لتدريب 25 صحفياً شاباً بالشراكة مع «مركز حماية الصحفيين الفلسطينيين» @PJPCorg وشبكة «أريج» @ARIJNetwork .

ولأن القطاع ما يزال مغلقاً أمام الصحافة الدولية، يبقى الصحفيون الفلسطينيون في الداخل المصدر شبه الوحيد للمعلومة الموثوقة من الميدان؛ وهو ما تختصره المنظمة بقولها إن الحفاظ على قدرتهم على العمل «أساسيٌّ لضمان الوصول إلى معلومات موثوقة من أراضٍ لا تزال محظورة على الصحافة الدولية». والرهان مزدوج: علاجٌ لمن بقي، وتدريبٌ لمن سيحمل المهنة من بعده.

وقالت لويز ألوان بيشيه، مديرة المشاريع والاستجابة الطارئة في المنظمة، إن «مراسلون بلا حدود تحارب هذه الخطة الكارثية الرامية إلى حرمان منطقة كاملة من صحفييها»، وإنها تتحرك «بخطوات ملموسة: بدعم الصحفيين الذين يعملون بلا كلل لإبقائنا على اطلاع، مخاطرين في أحيان كثيرة بحياتهم، وبتدريب الجيل الأصغر على التقنيات الصحفية وأخلاقيات المهنة في سياق الحرب»، مؤكدةً أن المنظمة تربطهم أيضاً بالمجتمع الصحفي الدولي: «إنهم ليسوا وحدهم».

العلاج شرطٌ لمواصلة المهنة

فصحفيو غزة، كما يصفهم البيان، معرّضون باستمرار لأحداث صادمة: مستهدفون من الجيش الإسرائيلي، يواجهون موت زملائهم وأحبّائهم، ويغطون عنفاً وأوضاعاً قاسية يكابدونها هم أنفسهم — فيما تحرمهم البنية التحتية المدمرة وانهيار الخدمات الصحية من المساعدة المتخصصة. هذه الفجوة جاء مشروع الصحة النفسية لسدّها، قائماً على 3 ركائز: الإسعاف النفسي الأولي، وتقنيات إدارة الضغوط، وشبكات دعم الأقران.

وينقل البيان شهادات مشاركين، اكتفى بأسمائهم الأولى؛ فوصفت الصحفية أنسام التدريب بأنه «تجربة مهمة وتحويلية»، وقالت زميلتها سهاد إنه «يوفر تقنيات عملية للعناية بالذات وإدارة الأزمات» تعزز قدرة الصحفيين على مواصلة عملهم «بمستوى عالٍ من المهنية».

«نبض غزة» في مواجهة فجوة التدريب

أما الزمالة، الممتدة شهرين مكثفين، فتجمع 25 صحفياً في بدايات مسيرتهم يغطون الميدان يومياً بفرص تدريب شبه معدومة، وتشمل محاورها التغطية الأخلاقية للنزاعات، والتحقق من المعلومات وتقنيات الاستقصاء، والسلامة الجسدية والرقمية والنفسية.

وقالت المتدربة سارة إن الزمالة كانت «فرصة فريدة منحتني دافعاً أكبر لمواجهة الواقع والبدء من جديد». أما عز الدين فخرج منها بوعي أكبر بأخلاقيات المهنة، «خصوصاً إجراءات التعامل مع الضحايا وذويهم باحترام وصون كرامتهم»، وبات ينقل ما تعلمه بانتظام إلى زملائه — وهو الأثر المضاعف الذي تراهن عليه هذه البرامج.

خلف البرنامجين معركة قانونية

ولا ينفصل المساران عن انخراط أوسع للمنظمة منذ أكتوبر 2023: معدات مهنية للصحفيين داخل القطاع، وتدريب لصحفيي الضفة الغربية المعرّضين لاعتقالات تعسفية وترهيب ومراقبة. وعلى الجبهة القانونية، قدّمت المنظمة 5 شكاوى إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بشأن جرائم حرب بحق الصحفيين، آخرها في سبتمبر 2025، وانضمت إلى دعوى «رابطة الصحافة الأجنبية» أمام المحكمة العليا الإسرائيلية للمطالبة بفتح القطاع — معركة لم تُحسم بعد؛ إذ أرجأت المحكمة البتّ مجدداً في يناير 2026.

وبحسب بيانات المنظمة، قُتل نحو 220 صحفياً فلسطينياً على يد الجيش الإسرائيلي منذ أكتوبر 2023، بينهم 68 على الأقل استُهدفوا أو قُتلوا أثناء تأدية عملهم — أي إن ما يقارب ثلث الحصيلة سقط أثناء ممارسة المهنة، وهو ما تبني عليه المنظمة شكاواها بوصفه استهدافاً لا ضرراً عرضياً. فيما توثّق «لجنة حماية الصحفيين» @CPJMENA مقتل 263 صحفياً وعاملاً في الإعلام، بعدٍّ أوسع نطاقاً يشمل قتلى الحرب في اليمن ولبنان وإيران وإسرائيل أيضاً.

بين علاجٍ يرمّم مَن بقي، وتدريبٍ يهيّئ مَن يأتي، وقضاءٍ لم يقل كلمته بعد، تختبر «مراسلون بلا حدود» وشركاؤها رهاناً واحداً: أن تبقى في غزة صحافةٌ تروي ما يجري — ما دام باب القطاع موصداً أمام مَن يريد أن يرى بنفسه.
