@bt_uk is fttp only available to existing customers and through some kind of voodoo? Neighbour had an upgrade earlier to fttp (150line) but when I check the BT website it's not available to his or my house?? Even did an online web chat who confirmed same thing? I want fttp 😢

Hi @plusnethelp . Had my consumer unit changed yesterday resulting in power outage (wasn't able to shutdown router/modem in time). Now, my speed is under the guaranteed speed and well under the estimated range. How long do I need to wait for the line to recover? Thanks.

@SF_England FYI - your login system for applications is broken. i used the REPAYMENT section and have managed to reset both the accounts password AND secret word. Id recommend you raise an internal ticket with the IT and get it investigated.

@SF_England how long does it usually take a 'secret password' mail to be sent from your servers? i've contacted your 0300 number a couple of times, and yet to receive the email... and of course i've checked the spam/junk folder just in case ;)

@SF_England I appreciate the response Erin although i'd be very surprised for an email to take 24 hours.. royal mail maybe :) Email address has been checked twice, and has successfully been used for password recovery (not secret word) which was received in minutes. cant it be set manually?

Nevermind, I fixed it myself. https://t.co/aQNura3rwJ no longer works, so changed it to https://t.co/jbDK8ziGFK and now it works. Hopefully this tweet may be useful for some people seeing @gmxmail didn't respond...
