I’m incredibly thankful to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for the opportunity to play college football my time here has meant a lot, and I’ll always be grateful for it. After giving it careful thought, I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility.

In over 25 years of watching @CruFootball I've never seen a Cru DLine totally dominate a quality foe like today. 15.5 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, and they had the HSU QB running for his life all day. Brutal.

DT - PJ Johnson 🦾

With the departures of Botts & Cavness, PJ is the next man up for the Cru to maintain the standard in the interior D line. 18 tackles, 2 TFLs & 1 sack a year ago which leads all returning DTs. Big at 6’1” 296 but athletic enough to also rush the passer.

💨💨 Kitan clocks unofficial times of 4.43 and 4.41 in the 40 yard dash!

ON THIS DAY in 1994: Tyler John Tyler defeated Plano East, 48-44, after Roderick Dunn returned a kickoff 97 yards with 11 seconds left.

Plano East erased a 41-17 deficit with just THREE MINUTES to play before the kickoff return.

Is this the greatest #TXHSFB game ever played?🤔

Two-time All-ASC linebacker Johnny Smith-Rider is Mary Hardin-Baylor's 2024 nominee for the #CampbellTrophy! Congrats, @jxhnny22! #gocru
