#BBctkc As a regular bread maker there is one process that I don’t see the benefit of and that is a 10 minute kneading. I don’t use a machine and just combine the ingredients until they are homogeneous then put it to prove. I have tried kneading but it hasn’t made it better?

@WorldSquash Is the format of team squash flawed? I think that matches should be to 45, round robin to 5, change players 5,10,15....40. only have tie break in the match to 45. no dead rubbers! (possible 1 substitute with a games notice to other team) Thoughts?

@smeguk I would love to say I love my Smeg dishwasher. I love the look, it’s wonderfully quite. It just doesn’t clean stacked plates unless they have been rinsed first.
