Kubernetes HPA in action. Notice that new pods are created even after I deleted the load-generator pod, that is because the process of deleting temporarily generated extra load on the CPU then scaled down after everything was settled.

I was dealing with misconfigured liveliness probes so pods kept restarting causing ALB health checks fail.

I am doing my best but it’s apparently not yet enough. I have still have a few configurations to make relating to exposing the app but all else is ready. Tomorrow we go again.

I am configuring the pipeline and the terraform code files. This is taking me more time and requires more effort than expected. I don’t think it will be wise to make the app available online today, it’s getting late. I want to believe I have done most of the work by now which means almost certainly it will be up tomorrow. I have not been posting updates on the EKS project however I have been active offline throughout the past days. All of the main files for the project are very close to being ready and I will be deploying the app to production this week thus will be publicly available although just for a few hours.
