Beware the Agentic Convergence Trap.
AI systems trained on the same data are converging on identical decisions, eroding differentiation among competitors. They risk falling into an “Agentic Convergence Trap”. @HarvardBiz article tells about this.

SpiceJet is very unreliable. SG 2448 Del-Shillong on 04-May was cancelled by airline on the plea of bad weather while Indigo small plane flight is on time from KOLKATA TO SHILLONG and landing Shillong at same time of 1230. I have to take alternate flight ruining my program. @DGCA please look into.
The latest Economic Survey of India 2026 reviews India’s annual growth across all sectors.
India’s power sector has undergone a major transformation, with capacity now exceeding 509 GW.
The financial turnaround of distribution companies, achieved through infrastructure reforms and reduced technical losses, is a key highlight.
Renewable energy now accounts for nearly half of the power mix, driven by large-scale solar and wind projects.
To support the modern grid, the government is rolling out the India Energy Stack, a digital platform enabling peer-to-peer trading and transparent data sharing for consumers.
The sector has achieved near-universal electrification and boosted investor confidence, but the strategy also recognises the need for advanced storage solutions to ensure future grid stability.
@IndiGo6E 's recent 78% plunge in profits underscores a vital lesson in management research: neglecting customers can ultimately harm a company's performance. This situation serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness between customer experience and business performance.
Mr Sudeep Khanna from @livemint articulated this effectively in his article "IndiGo, Air India losses show what happens when airlines ignore customers."

@airsewa_MoCAs Since last one week, not able to login neither in portal nor in mobil app. Every time it say not able to connect to the server. No update is being informed on grievance against Indigo for baggage delay at Singapore and then denying compensation.
Recently had the pleasure of participating in a webinar on the India Energy Stack, hosted by Nangianxt and Climacore Dialogues. It was enlightening to discuss how the India Energy Stack facilitates real-time grid management, grid integration of renewables.
Tried to submit a baggage grievance on the @airsewa_MoCA website, but error repeatedly. Again, tried to submit the app feedback, but was unable to do so due to the drop-down options. The airline does not listen, @airsewa_MoCA denies the grievance. What to do?
At Delhi International Airport, I found exorbitant prices for medicines, such as Rs 500 for chewable cough tablets. To my surprise, I found the Pantanjali store charging just Rs 75 for a packet of 80 chewable cough tablets. Prices of other items were also normal, not exorbitant.
