The only thing that works with a toddler is active, involved parenting - spending time, talking, playing, and engaging. no shortcuts.
Of TV, iPad, and mobile phones, TV with strict parental controls is the least damaging.

Indians will be decolonised when they stop paying 10K to see some foreign footballer in "ganji" kick a few balls and start paying 5k to see a Chettri or a Sandhu play a full game.
