@HDFC_Bank service request on my BizBlack Credit Card raised few days back not resolved yet. Need a call back urgently from a concerned senior official as the complaint/request is beyond phone call team’s authority.
@IDFCFIRSTBank New Account opened , FD opened , Promised Credit Card in 3 months now saying not eligible. Feel like closing accounts/fd if not resolved

Please resolve this as your team failed to give customer support inspite of repeated follow ups - It s a-month old issue now and Realme failed to refund 15k of a defective-product delivered

@realmecareIN@realmecareIN you are calling up to tell me the company policy and ca’t refund. This was a defective product delivered against an order and I can accept only refund. The product bought on 29th was submitted to your service team on 1st April and no refund yet.
@realmeIndia really disappointed with @realme@realmecareIN . ordered realme pad through @Flipkart for gifting was a defective piece . Solution is to travel all the way to realme service center to get it checked. Why are you selling a def product? Pl take it back and refund.
@realmeglobal i have an issue with your @realmeIndia . They delivered a defective product and refused refund. It is more than 15 days . A replacement is also not helpful now as I bought this on 29/3 to gift someone close as a birthday gift. Please refund INR 15k soon
@realmecareIN@realmeIndia@realmecareIN as i mentioned over call The product bought was meant for 60th Birthday Gift which was over on 10th. My concern is that we bought this for a specific reason and Realme delivered a defective product. Which means that there is no quality check happened

@realmecareIN@realmeIndia@realmecareIN Is it there in your policy that a defective product can be delivered to your customer? We submitted the device at your service center on the next working day itself ie 1/4/25 and it is 15th day since we paid you 15k .

@realmecareIN@realmecareIN i have been patiently waiting since last 10 days. Please resolve it by tomorrow and refund the amount. This was bought 10 days ago for gifting and there is no pointing in you resolving this in any other manner than refunding the money.

@realmecareIN I had visited service centre and they checked it and confirmed. I had ordered this for a special occasion and I need the refund or new device by tomorrow . If not will raise a complaint in consumer forum as it is a mental and physical torture by not resolving the issue

Realme - please understand your customer and give service accordingly. We bought it for gifting and that occasion is over . I don’t want it - please escalate it your management and let me know a solution
@realmecareIN This is a new piece delivered to me on 29th . Not even used it . Why should I wait for another 7 days - please take it back and refund . Why do you deliver a defective product and making the customer run around.
