Nice biomarker analysis from Mafalda Oliveira: ctDNA ESR1 variant allele frequency reduced a bit by fulvestrant but really annihilated by both #Camizestrant doses. mPFS in ESR1mut were 6.3 mo and 9.2 mo in 75 and 150mg camizestrant v 2.2 mo with Fulvestrant #SABCS22

Great point by David Rimm. Much caution needed with older pathology reports from when HER2 IHC 0 v 1 was a more low-stakes descriptive call, rather than a potentially actionable treatment-defining call. Lots of inter-rater variability. #SABCS22
