Yah, I've been taking lipo flavonoid. It's hard to tell if it's really helping but I want to keep taking it anyway.
White noise is weird. It's hard to describe but it doesn't work as well for me as it seems to for others

I hate having tinnitus so much. It feels so unbearable. It keeps getting worse. I just want it to stop. I don't want to live like this. There has to be something I'm missing that will make it stop. I'm really sorry
