C’est juste que l’horloge d’éligibilité de 5 ans commence à 19 ans. Donc, si tu commences à 17-18-19 ans, tu as 5 années d’éligibilité ; à 20 ans, 4 ; à 21 ans, 3 ; à 22 ans, 2 ; et à 23 ans, 1.
