No human rights defender should face intimidation for engaging with @OSCE. ODIHR regrets comments targeting Georgian civil society representatives for their participation at the 2026 Warsaw Human Dimension Conference. HRDs must be able to speak freely without fear of retaliation.

On Oct 7, while the Kremlin celebrates Putin’s birthday, we remember Anna Politkovskaya, murdered 20 years ago. Even though it's time-barred under Russian law, we remember that the real masterminds never faced justice.

We wish the Russian people a future free from tyranny, where truth is respected. We call for an end to the persecution of independent media and send our full support to all those who face oppression just for doing their job.

💬 Today, the rules-based international order is under strain and democratic backsliding is a worrying reality across many parts of the OSCE region.

Against this backdrop, robust accountability is essential – to expose violations, uphold human rights and protect democratic standards.

We must reaffirm a fundamental truth: human rights are non-negotiable.

We stay in Kyiv.

[Ministry of Foreign Affairs 🇵🇱 @PolandMFA]

Russia's further threats and calls to diplomats to leave Kyiv show that the Kremlin is trying to bully Europe and undermine our support for Ukraine.

However, such measures, contrary to the principles of the international law, will not have the desired effect. Russia will neither wear Ukraine down nor shake European solidarity with the Ukrainian people.

Poland unwaveringly supports Ukraine, its right to self-determination and territorial integrity. We will continue to respond firmly to Russia’s irresponsible and dangerous actions and to increase pressure on the Kremlin together with our allies.

We do not intend to change the operations of the Polish Embassy in Kyiv.

[Poland in the OSCE @PLinOSCE]

We will not be intimidated.

Poland stands in full solidarity with Estonia 🇪🇪 following the revelation of details regarding Russian sabotage on its territory.

The attack on the Milrem Robotics facilities was not an isolated incident, but part of coordinated actions by Moscow aimed at undermining our collective security and weakening our support for Ukraine.

We will not be intimidated.

We will respond jointly, further strengthening our defence and resilience within NATO.
