PMFME Scheme is participating at the 'Government Development Scheme Expo' & 'International Organic & Agri-Horti Expo' at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre from 17th-19th of March 2025. The event was inaugurated by Hon'ble Agriculture Minister Sri Atul Bora on Monday, 17.03.25.

Constituency level awareness program on PMFME was held at ariani LAC on 25.11.2024. Sri Rupjyoti Kurmi, Hon'ble MLA Mariani, Sri Amlan Phukan, ACS, Asstt. Commissioner, Titabor, District Agriculture officer, LDM, BPM ASRLM, DRP were present & grace the occasion for grand success.

A Constituency Level Awareness Program was held at Haflong Constituency in Dima Hasao on 23.11.2024 in presence of Hon’ble Minister Smti. Nandita Gorlosa, ADC, James Aind, DDM NABARD, SDAO (Horticulture), DPM, ASRLM, GM(i/c), DICC, District Dy. Registrar, Cooperative.

Hon’ble MLA addressed around 170 participants to avail the benefits of PMFME Scheme to enhance the food processing entrepreneurship in the area. Successful PMFME beneficiary of the area, Sri Piar Ali also addressed the audience sharing his entrepreneurial experience.

A Constituency Level Awareness Program was held at Kamalpur Constituency in Bezera on 22.11.2024 in presence of Hon’ble MLA Diganta Kalita, GM-DICC-Kamrup, BDO, LDM- Kamrup, & Social Activist of the area Kiran Kalita along with officials of DICC, PMFME DRP, ASRLM, & AIDC-PMFME.

Approximately 70 participants gathered for the programme where the benefits of the Scheme were discussed encouraging everyone involved in micro food processing to come up with their project plans & implement their business ideas.

A Constituency Level Awareness Program was held at Bokajan Constituency of Karbi Anglong on 21.11.24 in presence of Mr. Dilip Kumar Basumatary, SI Sarihajan, Mr. Horan Borpujari, EO, SI office Sarihajan, DICC officials, PMFME DRP, ASRLM officials and other representatives.

PMFME DRPs and ASRLM Block officials were also present for the event attended by about 200 participants. Nenefits of PMFME Scheme were discussed encouraging participants to come up with new ideas in food processing sector & utilise the resources present in the district.

Bakery unit of Seikh Alam Gir in Nagaon town. Unit consists of Expeller mixture, planetary mixture, dropping machine, mixture, oven, trolley etc. which is running with good profit.

'HMS fish feed Industry' of Abdul Hannan of Bowalguri, Morigaon District, who took a loan for Feed Mill Unit producing 6 different brands of cattle & fish feed. This is an expansion of an existing unit with further plan to establish separate units near Jagirod.

A District level Stakeholders Meet was held at Morigaon on 28.06.24. It was attended by DICC & Bank officials, officials from KVK, Agri & Fisheries Dept, ASRLMS, ASULMS, SHG members, FPO representatives, and potential entrepreneurs.
