Attended the State Organisational Workshop held at Town Hall, Dimapur, in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble National Secetary, @BJP4India Shri. @BJPVinodSonkar Ji; Hon’ble State President, BJP Nagaland Shri. @YepthomiBen Ji ; Hon'ble MLA & Advisor Shri. @KKonngamKonyak Ji ; State Office Bearers & Spokespersons, District Presidents, Mandal Presidents and other senior leaders of the party.

During the workshop, I emphasised the importance of the #Saral_App as an essential digital tool for every BJP Karyakarta. I encouraged all Districts, Mandals, and Booth-level Karyakartas to download and actively use the Saral App, as it not only strengthens organisational communication but also serves as the gateway to the #Digital_Learning_Platform. I stressed that increasing Saral App registrations is key to improving our participation and performance on the Digital Learning Platform.

I also highlighted the significance of organising #Mann_Ki_Baat programmes effectively at every Booth and ensuring timely reporting through the Saral App. Both the Digital Learning Platform and Mann Ki Baat are Booth-centric initiatives that require the active participation of every Karyakarta. Proper implementation, regular reporting, and effective use of the Saral App will further strengthen our organisation at the grassroots level.

The BJP Nagaland successfully conducted a comprehensive Organizational Workshop today, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to fortify the party's grassroots structure across the state.

​The workshop was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri @BJPVinodSonkar ji, Hon’ble BJP National Secretary, alongside Shri @KKonngamKonyak ji, Hon’ble BJP Legislator. The high-level meeting saw active participation from former Ministers and MLAs, former candidates, State Office Bearers, State Morcha Presidents, State PSU Chairmen, and State Spokespersons. Key technical and communication wings—including the State IT, Social Media, and Media cells—were present, alongside District Presidents, Mandal Presidents, State SIR Committee members, District SIR Convenors, and BLA-1 members.

​This vital workshop served as a strategic platform to streamline communication and enhance coordination between our state leadership and grassroots karyartas. Participants engaged in detailed deliberations aimed at strengthening our organizational framework and devising robust mechanisms to ensure that the party's developmental vision effectively reaches every single booth and household.
