A recent project that has been a huge success is the installation of flood barrier defences on one of our developments in Mistley.

Due to high tides and knowledge of historical floods, PMS have acted quickly to ensure that any flood damage is prevented in the future.

One of our developments in Harwich, Quayside Court, is undergoing an External Decorations and Storm Dry Masonry Projection Project.

Major work projects like this are scheduled under the sites maintenance plan, setup by PMS Managing Estates in accordance with the Lease.
