Nuwe verwikkeling oor Solidariteit se hofsaak teen die Nasionale Gesondheidsversekeringwet (NGV).

Die staat het meermale hulle afsnydatum vir opponerende stukke gemis. Hulle laaste datum was gister. Solidariteit lei daaruit af dat die staat nie ons aansoek gaan opponeer nie en het gevra dat dit op die ongeopponeerde rol geplaas word. Dit sal beteken dat daar ‘n wesenlike kans sal wees dat dit die einde van die NGV kan wees. Ek het heeltemal begrip daarvoor dat die staat so sukkel om ons saak te opponeer, want hulle het nie ‘n saak nie. Die NGV is sentrale vergryp en ‘n poging om deur reuse nuwe belastings die regering se mislukking van openbare gesondheidsorg te finansier. Die NGV is onwerkbaar en onbekostigbaar en kan nie verdedig word nie.
