@MmcNamara_Clare Great to see alright Michael. We’ve worked on a number of house regeneration projects in the town of Kilrush. Until there are serious financial incentives, migration to rural town centres will continue at a snails pace. Everything else is tokenism

@SeanFlemingTD There should be proper audit and governance of every cent that is being spent, Sean. There is no proper audit trail when it comes to these types of contracts and hence accountability is lacking...
