.@PNGKtech tried to visualize how conflict impacts countries over time. They're using data about light emissions over night, which correlates with the GDP 🌃😮 The visualization is built with Vue & @vuetifyjs! - https://t.co/AEsaDsTxtv

@HenryLiu_FIT No, I cannot imagine that many people would not feel comfortable sharing personal information via an app.
That is also not the purpose of this project.
Millions of refugees do not speak a language understood by responders. Our solution for this problem: an open-source, computer based translation engine. The project is the joint effort of @TranslatorsWB, @Prompsit and PNGK.

One of our past partners, Movement on the Ground, is one of only a few organizations allowed to continue work in Greek refugee camps. If you are able, please consider contributing to help them maintain their efforts.
Residents of refugee camps deserve a dignified shopping experience too.
In 2018, as part of the Humanitarian Action Challenge, we teamed up with Movement on the Ground to design and test a system to make this possible.
How fair is justice if you don't have access to it?

At PNGK, app development is our forte. We realize that off-the-shelf app solutions often do not meet the complex needs of the NGO sector. We leverage existing services and integrate custom software to create a solution tailored to you.
What does PNGK stand for?
Literally, our name means "Propelled by Need, Guided by Knowledge."
In practice, we collaborate with NGOs to improve peoples' lives and create new technologies to assist those facing instability and hardship.
Meet Aileen, our digital population counting system. It counts signals from any smartphones carried by transient populations, sending that data to NGOs via a clear dashboard, so staff can react to movement and pressure points.
