Smashing windows and daubing Jewish buildings with red paint - that should do the trick eh? Utterly pathetic, disgusting and unacceptable. The people who have committed these crimes should face the full force of the law. Enough.
CST is appalled by the disgraceful graffiti and vandalism at buildings in Hampstead, Hendon and Manchester, located in areas with a high Jewish population or where there are many Jewish students.
This damage has been claimed by an extremist group that uses violence and intimidation to pursue its goals.
We are in close contact with the police and will be working to ensure that those responsible are held accountable, while advising the locations that were targeted, and the wider Jewish community, about the implications for their security.

Our co founder, @YehudisFletcher, appeared on @BBCRadio4 to discuss our paper on Charedi education. Hundreds of Ofsted reports, masses of DfE data, and testimony from parents, teachers, and ex students made up our data set.

This is good to see.
And three cheers for Leeds YouTubers, who have brought so much hatred to light. Thank you!
For information purposes only, here is a recording of the remarks on 11 May.
Trade unions continue to back this antisemitic hatred movement for terrorists.
We welcome @PNahamu's report which sheds light on the ways illegal schools exploit loopholes in our education system.
Every child has the right to a balanced and safe education, but sadly, over 6,000 children in England are trapped in illegal schools.

Research by @PNahamu – a think-tank that counters extremism in the Jewish community – has revealed the failure of the current UK framework of education legislation to address the profound education deficit within Charedi Jewish communities

What hurts most about this report is that the analysis is new, the content is not. @EveSacks, & I (& others) have been campaigning on these issues for years. Our detractors do not deny the facts: they campaign for the right to continue to deny education to Charedi children.
A new report from @PNahamu has called on the government to ensure children in #Charedi Jewish communities receive an adequate secular education and are protected from #UnregisteredSchools 👇https://t.co/dq1abd2MKh
"The Jewish community has so many institutions and traditions it is proud of. Education is the cornerstone of our tradition. This new practice of denying children access to education is unethical, immoral, and profoundly unJewish."
Nahamu publishes groundbreaking research on the state of Charedi education in the United Kingdom.
Our education policy paper reveals the urgent need for legislative reform to address the profound education deficit within Charedi Jewish communities.

"Children have an inalienable right to education. Parents have the right to choose what that education looks like, within reason. But we do not believe they have the right to restrict children’s access to education so severely, with such life altering consequences."
Today's damning report into @GMpolice 's investigation into the sexual abuse of vulnerable girls in #Rochdale is horrific to read. The conclusion is not surprising.
#Culturalcompetence must be about competency in policing and governing minority communities, keeping people within them safe and successfully rooting out those who seek to hurt those more vulnerable than themselves.
