“Maybe Maa Sita Blessed Her To Take This Action”
Kudos And Congratulations Amita Ji
In a significant legal update, tech giant Google has informed the Delhi High Court that a controversial video uploaded by popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathee has been officially withheld from viewers across India. The dispute centers around a video titled “Can Hindus Eat BEEF? | Kerala Story 2 EXPOSED”, which Rathee uploaded in March.
Advocate @SachdevaAmita (Amita Sachdeva) filed a petition alleging that the video contained “false, misleading, and provocative statements” claiming that Hindu deities Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, and Goddess Sita consumed meat and alcohol. She argued this severely hurt the religious sentiments of crores of Hindus.
Following a High Court order to expedite the grievance on July 3, the Central Government's Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) directed Google on July 15 to remove the video within 24 hours.
The petitioner has pushed for a global injunction, pointing out that the video remains accessible globally and via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) inside India, viewing geo-blocking as “partial compliance”.
Presiding Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma noted that Google has executed what it can under current domestic boundaries, as the broader legal issue regarding global takedown mandates is already pending before a separate Division Bench of the High Court.
Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma, representing the government, argued that offensive videos should be blocked across the board to avoid a repetitive game of legal cat-and-mouse with duplicates. The court has adjourned the matter for its next hearing on September 3.
Absolute cinema!

Nisar Khan was jailed for attempted murder after snatching a police gun during his arrest in Chhatarpur, MP.

What is Revandhudhin’s and his police’s problem with Hindus celebrating and giving Bonalu in Hindu’s peddamma thalli temple in Banjara Hills?
Look how Hindus are treated. Hyd police is ‘hunting’ Hindus down just for celebrating Telangana festival.
For foreign festivals Revanthudhin will give gifts, but for Telangana Hindus’ celebrating state festival are treated in inhumane ways.
