@British_Airways checked in to flight DXB to LHR. Asked if I wanted to change seats. When I clicked on button. No seats shown as available. My wife, checking in to same flight under separate booking had a huge choice of seats on the same cabin. Can you explain?
@British_Airways This still doesn’t answer my question Which is Why is it your policy to allow those who book a check in bag to change their seat for free and those who only have cabin baggage to be charged for the pleasure. Surely those travelling light are better for fuel consumption and
@British_Airways I want to know why your policy does not allow customers with cabin baggage to change seats for free but you do allow customers with checked in baggage. It makes no sense to me. I presume there is some sense behind this policy.
@British_Airways I know there were loads of available seats because my partner who was in a different booking and had checked in baggage was offered loads of options for free.
@British_Airways You don’t need any of that. It is not about my bookings it is about your policy. I booked with cabin baggage only. Nowhere does it say that when I chance in online I would not be allowed to change my seat unless I paid.
@British_Airways By the way. I never asked for you to change my assigned seat. I wanted to know about why BA’s policy is to hide these costs at the point of booking? And why when there were loads of seats, could I not change when I did want to.
@British_Airways@british_airways great customer service…… no answer to my query, just accept and move on mr customer. Is that in your training manual for all customer service employees?
@British_Airways So, seat changes are free to those who book check in luggage but not those who don’t! Why not make this clear when booking. And more importantly, what is the logic?
@British_Airways It does not explain this when booking. Why punish rather than incentivise passengers who do not want to bring check in luggage and therefore are more environmentally friendly ?
@Joey7Barton@benstokes38@Joey7Barton Elite mindset? Not possible when he isn’t ruthless enough to do everything he can to win for his country. Says he wouldn’t have taken that wicket. Tells you all you need to know. Australians are winners.
@TeamBathTennis hi there. Do you have any Padel tennis courts on your site. If not would you be interested joining forces with my company Padeltastic who designs and operates such centres.
@MiriInsider@Insiderseast Miri, I am not a PR specialist but my father in law has a family run vineyard in Kent, Harbourne Vineyard. Take a look at their website. They are by no means the biggest in the area but a good storey of someone who gave up their job in the city 40 years ago to follow his dream.
My Dad and a few more of us are walking the 10k at the Great Limerick Run in aid of Arthritis Ireland. Its primarily for my cousin who passed in 2022 from Covid, but also in memory of my Mam who passed on Christmas Day. Any donations would be appreciated https://t.co/AlRUzYSDFA
@empireofthekop “An honest assessment?” You have got to be joking. @jasoncundy05 was an absolute disgrace on talk sport last night. All he wanted to do was bait a Liverpool fan into saying Klopp should go. He was totally biased and blinkered. to be honest made a complete ass of himself.
