For a long time I tried to develop discipline in myself. I missed deadlines, couldn't finish the pills prescribed by the doctor, and so on.
Now I can proudly say that I have passed this period and have a well-organized day

Yoga, cold showers, vitamins. And I'm proud of myself.✨

Moving to another country was a big challenge for me. It was very hard to decide to do it. It was hard to leave everyone and everything behind, to leave my country in order to move on and develop.
I am glad that I managed to stay in the Netherlands, although it is still not easy
