Very interesting comment and observation. We want people to be authentic, show the struggle and also the successes. When I discuss our corporate culture I say “ We are practicing (Our Fundamentals) we are making progress and we are imPerfect.” It’s an every day thing.

If you...
✔️ Are subject to OSHA reporting
✔️ Are a non-construction site
✔️ Have a high # of injuries/illnesses on your 2016 OSHA 300A form
✔️ OR failed to report altogether
You may be on the list to receive an OSHA inspection...🚧

I’m convinced we don’t give up because it’s hard. We give up because we get discouraged. That’s why it’s so important to encourage yourself and your team.
“...don’t let the critics discourage you....You will be OUR President when you read this note....Your success now is OUR country’s success.....I am rooting hard for you.”

Culture is a competitive advantage. A team with a great culture seems to have an extra layer of strength, tradition, resilience, belief and power that is hard to defeat.
