🔇🤫ENTITY SUSPENDED! Serious trouble is now brewing for Dorit and Paul Kemsley. On late Thursday we were informed that the franchise tax board may have suspended the entity that owns their home. To recap: They both signed the promissory note, but it is owned in an entity to avoid creditors as well as other credit issues. Now, in probable violation of their loan covenants to keep their LLC in good standing, the LLC is now suspended for failure pay taxes. Because of the seriousness of this contention, we needed something official which we received TODAY. We were able to have the FTB verify this in a letter that now the entity concludes that the LLC is NOT in good standing. We have attached the official communication as well as the other filings and the mortgage accommodation rider. This comes on the heels of the rescue lender issuing a notice of default and rescinding it at Christmas time late last year. This government action may start a new round of financial trouble and shows the reckless manner they are managing their assets. Penalties and interest and other consequences are caused by this suspension be including the entities lack of capacity to go to court. If Dorit allowed this to happen, it could a violation of the ATROS in her divorce which requires a preservation of assets. Wow! #RHOBH #Grifters
