@gemothy I always go to another landlord I know and request their charge rates for new sinks and labor work and then go back to my current and say I’ll just get the work done my self. Very rare it works, only done it once as my current only uses their own contractors

@colynn_burrell @HoodedClaw1974 We do have reviews if we do not get a lot per week as we may not understand specific contravention’s, and have an undeclared minimum that most stick to 5-7ish per day. There isn’t a KPI per se. Unsure about other teams like street wardens.
