@BethBrelje Reading the barcodes wouldn't even help, since they translate to numbers representing coordinates — not to YES or NO or to candidates' names.
(Also, voters can't know which barcode is which.)
It doesn't sound as if either side in the case knew that.

Is this supposed to prove something? It doesn't.
The selection of which contest to audit should be done live and in person before the public and reporters.

BREAKING: A group of computer security experts have written to VP Harris to alert her to the fact that voting systems were breached by Trump allies in 2021 + 2022. They urge her to seek recounts in key states to ensure election verification. https://t.co/go8S6y9C1Y

It doesn't look like @billy_penn will be updating its searchable list, and it's now a few days old.
At this point you're better off looking for names on the updated but less user-friendly @PhillyVotes lists at https://t.co/BpOYDF4hJJ .
The number of Philadelphia voters whose mail ballots may be rejected for various reasons is now over 3000.
@billy_penn has made a searchable version of the official @PhillyVotes list. https://t.co/VcFU4VPp7I
Save a vote! Search for your name and for friends and family! Or search by your division number for neighbors, so you can tell them there's a problem with their ballot.
For those on the list, the steps to take are at https://t.co/BpOYDF4hJJ.
By law, your request to fill out a provisional ballot *cannot* be denied. Your provisional ballot will only be counted if your original ballot is not counted.
Don't leave it to chance! Make sure your vote counts!
Congratulations to @aclupa & other allies on Genser v Butler County! Submitting a mail ballot *that is rejected* should not also prevent a voter's provisional ballot from counting.

Pennsylvania voters:
🚨 If you think your mail ballot might not be counted, and you don't have a chance to correct (cure) the problem, you can and should vote provisionally at your polling place! 🚨
Kudos to @KateHuangpu13 and @SpotlightPA for a thorough explanation of the precanvassing issue — including the legal definition: preparing mail ballots and actually "counting, computing, and tallying" the votes on them.
https://t.co/FpScasTbrZ
Early precanvassing shouldn't include scanning (ie counting, computing, and tallying) the votes.
That means that early precanvassing bills should redefine "precanvassing" to exclude those steps.
That would put Pa. in line with the majority of US states.
Right now, none do that.
