Find the things that put the words of death in you, and stop listening to them.

Sometimes it screen, sometimes it’s a show, whatever it is find out what it is and stop putting it in your head.

Find the things that counter those specific words of death that are in you, and start listening to them and reliably listen to them.

They were good and godly man who you can listen to that the words will lift you up and drive you forward. @jordanbpeterson is one of those for me, so I listen to his stuff over and over because it fights the darkness, and it has a strength that I don’t need to summon in order to have it work. @johnlovell275 and the warrior poet Society network is another one. Sometimes I listen to @jockowillink or @joerogan or @VoddieClips and others.

I make sure to get out of my cave and get out in the fresh air and sunshine for an hour a day.

It’s important to turn off the screen when the sun goes down, instead of running it till midnight. I don’t always succeed there. that goes for TV, movies, computers, cell phones, tablets, game stations, and all of that.
