@ross_crockett My family and I had Covid during the second lockdown. It wasn’t that bad, just like a flu. However, other people from the childcare where the outbreak happened reported very different stories. Anyway, take care. I hope you feel better soon.
@davkean I used it once for a hernia surgery. It was organised in just couple days. Meanwhile my sisters husband had to wait for a few months. We also use it regularly for dental, physio and optics. However, I’d rather have a free public. Hello USSR health care system!
@BJColley I would not trust this article. It’s full of mistakes and posses only USA point of view. There are at least another 2 participants with their interests, with their political views and their responsibilities.
@BJColley Not only that. If you have office 365 subscription, you also have teams. It’s just bundled. You don’t need to shop around and look for another expensive tool
Kudos to whoever made this. The brilliance of finding the perfect song for each fall was outstanding. I laughed so hard at 1:00 and then at 1:33. Thank you for making this. https://t.co/CevrZT0rOv
@JasonImison Dress up like you are going to work from office. It will help you to stay focused, and if you have a video meeting, nobody will see your pyjamas 😉
My fellow geeks, do you dream about your trade?
Last night I dreamt I was in a worldwide race to allocate the largest object possible. Someone had allocated a 1PB object using Lisp on a supercomputer, and three of us were holed up in a Cambridge PhD room trying to do better.....
TERRIFYING: This is how quickly a #bushfire can overrun you. Within three minutes, fire crews at Shoalhaven in NSW, go from setting up for property protection to fleeing for their lives due to a change of wind. Always have your bushfire survival plan ready. #9News
@ross_crockett There are a few reasons for that in my opinion:
1. There is no superpower
2. It’s about people
3. It’s about how difficult to be good (getting up the stairs), and easy to fall.
This is #AustraliaBurns. Some people says it’s a natural #disaster, other says it’s a #ClimateChange. I say it’s peoples irresponsibility, whenever it’s an open fire, smoking or burning fossil fuel and making tons of CO2. Thanks to all fire and rescue members for saving us.
The crew from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 509 Wyoming recorded this video showing the moment their truck was overrun by the bushfire burning South of Nowra. The crew was forced to shelter in their truck as the fire front passed through. #NSWFires#ProtectTheIrreplaceable
